Our CNC Machine Tools are equipped with a Mitsubishi M80 or Fanuc 0i-MF CNC system, featuring a high-speed processing CNC-specific CPU.
The machine body and main structure are made of cast iron for excellent rigidity and shock absorption. The bed has internal reinforcement ribs for added stability. The cross slide and worktable are also cast iron, with a large span design for increased stability. The column has good rigidity and seismic resistance, with an "A" shaped bottom structure to reduce forward tilt. The spindle box is made of high-strength cast iron for stability.
The X/Y/Z1/Z2 axis feed mechanism uses AC servo motors with backlash-free elastic couplings and direct drive ball screws for smooth motion. Imported rolling guide rails provide strong rigidity and stability for long-lasting precision. The spindle offers stepless speed control, bidirectional rotation, optional cooling system, max speed of 24000r/min, and max torque of 21Nm.
The machine features a centralized, quantitative pressure lubrication system for the rails and screws, allowing adjustable oil supply cycles and amounts for optimal performance.
