1. High rigidity

After more than one year of natural aging treatment, the density is 6.8-7.3g/cm³, the tensile strength σb(MPa): 250, and the hardness HB209. The strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance are good. During the operation of the machine tool, it can effectively absorb vibration energy, has good damping properties, and has good lubrication performance. The overall weight of the casting is 1160Kg.
2. High precision The X-axis / Z-axis rail surface, which is suitable for heavy cutting; After the bed finishing, the guide surface is tempered at high frequency, and the guide surface is precision ground after heat treatment. 4. The following interfaces must be configured at the equipment installation site:
Power interface: The power supply provided at the equipment installation site must be three-phase four-wire, with a power line voltage of 380V. It is important to ensure voltage stabilization, and the power supply voltage fluctuation must not exceed ±10%. If the three-phase four-wire power supply voltage provided at the equipment site is 380V±10%, no transformer should be used when connecting the power supply to the equipment;

Compressed air interface: p=4~6kgf/cm2, Q=5m3/h, with a 12mm diameter quick connector for the air source interface, and a12mm diameter air pipe of 12 meters to allow for temporary adjustments on site. The main air line must be equipped with a main channel filter and dryer. The air pressure must be maintained between 0.5~0.7Mpa.
