X-axis/Y/Z-axis guide surface, using wire rails, suitable for heavy cutting; The base and cross slide table are made of HT250 cast iron, which is cast as a whole. After semi precision machining, the guide rail surface is subjected to high-frequency quenching, and after heat treatment, the guide rail surface is precision ground. Finally, after manual precision scraping, the cross slide table and X slide table are in contact with each other at least 20 points per square inch, matched with high-precision line gauge guide rails, to ensure high-precision machining of the machine tool. All X and Z axis gauge guide rail surfaces adopt automatic forced lubrication to effectively extend the service life of the machine tool.
