- Machine tool introduction
ZD-G400 is an intelligent double-headed drilling and milling center machine tool, bed body using high strength H T300 gray cast iron, double main shaft double knife library, using electromechanical integration design, beautiful and generous shape, can be precision cutting. After one clamping, the machine tool can automatically and continuously complete the processing of milling, drilling, boring, expansion, hinge, tapping and other processes.
This machine is suitable for medium and small box type, plate type, plate type, shell type and other parts of the variety of processing.
Bed body: bed body with classic high rigidity C type structure, through the finite element analysis, topology optimization, shorten the stress path to improve rigidity, each big all using HT 300 cast iron material, after half to stress annealing and natural aging processing, X, Y, Z axis with P level straight rolling rail, the machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability.
Spindle: double spindle structure, using BT30 internal Tibetan spindle, the maximum speed of 2 0000 RPM.

- Machine tool bed body and the main body structure
The machine bed body and the main structure of the machine adopts the patent structure of double-head drilling processing center, the left and right sides are installed mechanical spindle, can be single head or double head synchronous processing, the column adopts the integrated double-head rail structure, the bed body and the main structure adopt gray cast iron casting form, which has good rigidity and shock absorption. The bed body is arranged with reinforcement inside, and the bed body structure is thick. The transverse sliding table and worktable are grey cast iron. The transverse sliding platform adopts a very large span structure design to effectively increase the stability of the machine tool. The bottom surface of the column is fixed on the bed by scraping and grinding. The interior of the column adopts the "meter" tendon reinforcement structure, its stiffness and earthquake resistance are good, which effectively increases the rigidity of the column and reduces the forward tilt caused by the spindle box. The machine shaft box adopts high strength cast iron with stable tissue.

The X / Y / Z 1 / Z2 shaft feeding mechanism adopts AC servo motor, and the gap-less elastic coupling is directly connected with the wire to directly drive the ball screw to rotate and realize the reciprocating motion of each axis. The wire support adopts fixed pre-stretched structure at both ends.
