1.1 Basic characteristics of the equipment

(1) The machine tool adopts U-shaped structure, the base is cast of mineral casting formula from Switzerland, without internal stress,

Can, the material itself can absorb the vibration generated in the processing, so as to ensure the good dynamic performance of the machine tool. The thermal conductivity of the mineral castings of the main material of the machine tool is 1 / 50th that of the cast iron, which can ensure the thermal stability of the machine tool for a long time. Other moving parts are made of HT 300 cast iron.
(2) The basic structure of the machine tool is that the cradle structure workbench is fixed on the bed, and the skateboard, beam and spindle box are moved to realize the three coordinate axes of X, Y and Z. The whole machine adopts gantry moving beam structure, with good rigidity, uniform force, good thermal balance and stable accuracy. Small dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, small high speed vibration, low speed without crawling, excellent servo drive performance, improve the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool.
(3) X, Y, Z axis servo motor diaphragm coupling and high precision ball wire direct connection, reduce the intermediate link, realize no gap transmission, flexible feeding, accurate positioning, high transmission accuracy.   
The Z-axis servo motor has the function of automatic holding lock. In the case of power failure, it can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly, so that it cannot rotate, and play the role of safety protection.
(4) The machine tool adopts high precision DD five-axis CNC turntable, the transmission application is the most precise motion control mode-arc surface separation principle, reverse without clearance, high positioning accuracy, rotary driven by servo motor, hydraulic automatic clamping, accurate and reliable movement. The processing range is wide, the C axis continuous rotation, so as to achieve high rotation precision, standard with absolute circular grating.
(5) The spindle adopts large torque HSK-A63 spindle, the electric spindle is an internal spindle, built-in three-phase AC synchronous nduction motor, cascade variable speed control, the maximum speed of 12000rpm, high rotation accuracy and good rigidity, which can ensure the spindle processing

(6) Pneumatic system
The pneumatic triad can filter the impurities and moisture in the gas source to prevent the impure gas from damage and corrosion to the machine tool parts. The solenoid valve group is controlled by PLC program to ensure that the spindle loose clip, spindle center blowing and other actions can be completed quickly and accurately.
(7) Machine tool protection
The machine tool adopts the protection room in line with the safety standards, which not only prevents the coolant from splashing, but also ensures the safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent cutting and coolant from entering the machine tool and protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
(8) The lubrication system
The guide rail and the ball screw are centralized automatic dilute oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with quantitative oil divider to regularly and quantitatively inject oil to each lubrication part to ensure the uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the movement accuracy, and ensure the service life of the ball screw and the guide track.
