This high-performance CNC milling compound lathe excels with remarkable precision, efficiency, reliability, and safety while maintaining a high cost-performance ratio. Its innovative parallel alignment arrangement allows the double spindles, driven by an absolute coding servo motor and a high-speed CNC multi-axis system, to operate with synchronized precision. The X-axis and X1Axis, Z-axis and Z1Axis can be programmed independently, enabling seamless, interference-free processing. It effortlessly handles dual-process workpieces, ensuring automatic docking and exchange for streamlined operations. This machine is ideal for managing two-process, two-clamp products with simultaneous processing, integrating various automatic docking mechanisms within a compact footprint for substantial labor savings. Its unique, integrated cast structure frame ensures exceptional durability.

The dual-spindle, dual-tool turret, double Y-axis milling composite machine tool, crafted with an integral casting bed body, offers unmatched rigidity and a high-rigidity sliding saddle design. Precision is at the core, featuring linear roller guide rails and precision wire drives that enhance its dynamic characteristics. Its fully enclosed protective design not only safeguards precision components but also simplifies cleaning. The chip tank seat, a split-type with an independent cooling tank, optimizes iron chip cleaning and tank maintenance, accentuating the machine's operational efficacy.
1. Transforming two independent lathes into one, this machine is equipped with a high-speed central processing multi-axis CNC system and bus communication control. Operate it independently or in tandem, completing complementary halves of processes with efficiency parallel to running dual lathes but with reduced floor space, fewer operators, and minimized handling and operational time.
2. Featuring a double X / Y / Z / C axis design, this machine excels in precision with its high-accuracy synchronous docking capability between the spindle and secondary axis. The double X / Y / Z / C axis configuration allows for both synchronous and independent processing, enhancing efficiency and precision. The BMT power servo turret bolsters its ability to process diversified products in one go, offering extensive vehicle and milling composite abilities with increased processing rigidity. It effectively shortens artifacts, optimizing production cycles.

6. The servo power turret features a high-precision three-piece curved gear clutch, guaranteeing precise positioning and repeated accuracy. The servo motor drives the knife to hover for two-way or nearby knife selection.
