Precision Engineered Zd-G500 with 10, 000 Rpm Dual Spindle Setup

The ZD-G500 is a high rigidity, high precision dual-spindle machine model developed and designed by our company using German technology. It adopts the "C-type" layout of mature machining centers, integrating the advantages of German design and Taiwanese production technology. The machine has undergone multiple "finite element" optimization analyses, ensuring stable mechanical structure with an integrated cast bed that never leaks water, meeting environmental protection requirements.

 

Designed for precision part processing and mass production, the ZD-G500 features a dual Z-axis operation mode, dual tool magazines (2 sets of Z-axis drive systems), and independent operation of two Z-axes for simultaneous processing of two identical or different workpieces, doubling processing efficiency.

 

  • Dual BT40 spindle machining centers for simultaneous processing of two identical parts, doubling processing efficiency.

  • One CNC system handling two units for convenient and energy-saving operation.

  • Dual independent Z-axis structure for automatic compensation of two spindle tool lengths.

  • Standard configuration with high-speed dual spindle rotation: 10000rpm/min.

  • Dual 24T mechanical tool magazine structure for quick automatic tool change, beneficial for multi-process processing of complex parts.

  • High-power machine tool cooling water pump ensures sufficient flushing capacity for cutting.

  • Fully enclosed protective cover ensures operator safety and environmental hygiene.

  • Equipped with flushing device for easy cutting cleaning, automatic centralized lubrication.

  • Main spindle surround spray and bed spray system, with main spindle center water outlet function for deep hole processing and cooling.

The X/Z axis adopts high rigidity 35mm rollers
