High Rigidity
The bed and overhead crane are of an integrated box-type structure. The swallow-style moving overhead crane provides stronger support around the cutting spindle.
The whole machine adopts heavy-duty roller guides. The moving overhead crane uses four 35 heavy-duty roller guides and 32 double-nut ball screws, which are fixed at both ends and pre-stretched to improve the precision reserve and anti-vibration performance of the machine tool.
Greater Stability
The overall box-type cast bed structure is filled with reinforcing ribs inside. It is made of HT300 material with excellent anti-vibration performance.
After secondary artificial aging and more than 6 months of natural aging, the stable state of the bed is ensured. Moreover, the machine has a low center of gravity and provides better stability during high-speed operation.
Large Working Space
The strokes of the Y-axis and Z-axis are newly designed and optimized, achieving a larger processing stroke compared to assembled five-axis machines. Under specific circumstances, the maximum swing diameter can reach φ450mm H400mm, and the five-axis space can reach φ330mm H330mm with a passing width of up to 450mm.
