The ZD-65GY is a CNC lathe-milling compound machine tool that combines high performance, precision, efficiency, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and safety. It features a dual-spindle parallel arrangement with absolute encoder servo motors and high-speed CNC system central multi-axis linkage interpolation control. The machine can independently program the X and Z axes for spindle and sub-spindle workpiece clamping, enabling automatic docking and exchange. It is suitable for products requiring two processes with one clamping, allowing simultaneous processing of two steps in one setup. The machine's unique design includes a cast integral frame for high rigidity and precision.

The dual-spindle, dual-turret, dual Y-axis lathe-milling machine has a cast integral bed, high rigidity saddle design, linear roller guide rail, precision ball screw drive, good dynamic characteristics, high accuracy, and strong rigidity. It features a fully enclosed protective design for better component protection and easier cleaning, as well as a separate chip groove machine seat and independent cooling water tank for easier chip removal and tank maintenance.

2. This machine tool adopts a dual X/Y/Z/C axis design, with high-precision synchronous docking capability between the main and auxiliary shafts, allowing for docking and cutting processing. The design of dual X/Y/Z/C axes provides the ability for synchronous independent machining of two main axes, resulting in higher efficiency and accuracy.
