ZD-6 TMY CNC power knife tower milling and milling composite machine tool is developed and manufactured by our company. This machine is equipped with BMT series servo power tool tower, so that the machine processing capacity is improved and interference is reduced. This machine tool has 3 axis more than the traditional lathe, respectively C axis, Y axis, A axis, A axis control power head, carried on the Y axis, can realize the C axis, X axis and Z axis coordination, can complete the parts of other processes besides cutting carving, milling, drilling, tapping, gong, hinge, rolling and milling. One-time clamp and multi-directional processing greatly reduces the scratching and deformation of the parts caused by multiple clips, and improves the processing efficiency. 1. The main castings are cast by advanced casting iron by resin sand process. Advanced finite element analysis technology is used for optimize design with advanced structure and reasonable layout. And after the secondary aging treatment, can ensure the long-term machine tool processing stability. The appearance design is beautiful and generous, more humanized.  
2, integrated integral base, bed body thick, large guide rail span. Dual-drive guide rail, stable structure and strong rigidity, good precision retention.
